We're a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, led by talented student performers. Our mission is to enrich our community through music. By playing instruments, we aim to uplift our neighborhoods. Join us in spreading musical joy and making positive changes together.

our team

Music of the Heart members exhibit remarkable dedication and passion in their mission to empower their community through music. Many of us actively participate in school orchestras, including prestigious institutions such as Juilliard Precollege, Manhattan School of Music Precollege, Temple University Precollege, Regional Orchestra, and All State Orchestra. Despite the demanding nature of our academic schedules, we work together tirelessly to practice and deliver performances that deeply resonate with our community.

what we do

We take great pride in our mission to bring the uplifting power of music to various venues, including nursing homes, churches, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. Through our performances, we aim not only to entertain but also to create moments of joy and healing for all who listen.

In addition to these regular performances, we actively engage in organizing benefit concerts. These events serve as opportunities to rally support for important causes, such as charities, orphanages, and the International Rescue Committee. By harnessing the collective energy of our musical talents and the generosity of our supporters, we strive to make a positive impact both locally and globally.

Our commitment to spreading joy and fostering healing extends beyond the boundaries of traditional performance spaces. We believe in the transformative power of music to touch hearts and uplift spirits, and we are dedicated to sharing that gift with as many people as possible.
