About Us

welcome to music of the heart!

Music of the Heart Inc. is a student-run nonprofit organization, registered as a 501(c)3, dedicated to serving the community through musical performances. Our mission involves using music as a tool for positive change, both locally and globally. We organize benefit concerts to support causes such as  orphanages music school and donations to the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Through our initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact by harnessing the power of music to uplift, inspire, and support those in need.

OUR STORY

That spring day on May 13th, 2018, trembling with nerves, we stood, our hearts pounding. Through perseverance and unity, we transformed our fears into melodies that resonated with over 300 souls.

Six years have passed since that unforgettable performance. But beyond the applause and accolades lies a deeper purpose.

Just as music binds us in harmony, we pray that our melodies become a beacon of hope for those adrift in the stormy seas of life. May our performances ignite dreams, kindle hope, and offer solace to weary hearts, stitching the fabric of society with threads of empathy and understanding. Together, let us compose a symphony of compassion, creating a world where we all stand, hand in hand, beneath the universal canopy of music's healing embrace.
